A fashion retail and manufacturing company engaged TROIS Collective while its Head of HR was on maternity leave. Although a junior contract HR resource was in place, the company needed senior-level guidance to navigate key annual cycles, strengthen HR practices, and maintain stability during the transition.
The company engaged TROIS Collective to lead and advise on annual performance reviews, salary increases, and bonus allocation. The scope also included coaching the junior contract HR resource, reviewing existing policies, and developing new policies aligned with the company’s evolving needs.
TROIS Collective helped manage the annual review, compensation, and bonus processes with greater consistency and structure. The team also updated and created policies to better align with operational needs and the company’s stage of growth.
When the contract HR resource was unable to complete the full term, TROIS Collective stepped into a broader fractional HR leadership role. This included managing employee relations matters, supporting organizational design and restructuring efforts, updating employee engagement surveys, implementing mid-year reviews, and refreshing salary bands to improve consistency and market alignment.
Through this work, the company maintained stability during a critical HR transition, strengthened core people programs, and had the experienced HR guidance needed to manage key operational and organizational priorities.
